DEPOSITS
All clients are required to have a credit card on file to secure an appointment. A non-refundable deposit is taken at the time of booking and held as a credit on your account. This credit will then be automatically deducted from your final bill on the day of your service.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment within 72 hours of the appointment will result in being charged a non-refundable fee of 50% of the service/s you were booked for. All fees must be paid in full prior to booking another appointment.

Cancellation fees are valid for ALL services booked in. If you would like to cancel part of your service, you MUST allow 72 hours’ notice to avoid a fee of 50% of the service you would like to receive.

At Sharne Rizzo Hair 72 hours’ notice is required to give adequate time to attempt to fill the appointment. Please check your confirmation email or contact Sharne on sharnerizzohair@gmail.com  if you have any questions.

Out of respect to other clients and your hairdresser’s time, please contact Sharne if you are running more than 5 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time.
If you arrive 20 minutes late or after your appointment time, we have the right to cancel your appointment and charge 100% of the service as well as extra time. Alternatively, your overall service may be shortened and charged full price.

Please contact Sharne as soon as you know you are running late, and we will do our best to move your appointment to an alternative time.

PAYMENT/ SURCHARGE INFORMATION

To help cover the increasing costs of running a small business, we’ve introduced a small payment surcharge. This is automatically calculated on the total cost of your service at the time of payment. The surcharge applies to all card payments (debit and credit) processed through our EFTPOS terminal.

Any quotes you receive before your appointment will be for the service cost only and won’t include the surcharge. You’ll see the surcharge clearly itemised on your final invoice or receipt when you pay.

NO SHOWS
Clients who do not show for their appointment and fail to contact Sharne Rizzo Hair within 24 hours of their appointment will NOT be able to book ANY future appointments at Sharne Rizzo Hair.
Clients who do not show up to their appointment and contact Sharne Rizzo Hair will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the service and must also pay a 50% deposit when re-booking their appointment which will be deducted from their service.
All cancellation fees and deposits must be paid in full prior to booking another appointment. Cancellation fees are non-refundable.

ADJUSTMENT POLICY
We do not offer a 'change of mind service'. It is our top priority to ensure all our clients are 100% satisfied with their service. If you are not satisfied with the service/results, please contact Sharne within 2 weeks of your appointment to organise time to come back into the salon to rectify the service free of charge.

COLOUR CORRECTION
Clients who have had their hair coloured or cut at another salon who wish to have their hair corrected, must ensure they book “extra time” when booking online. An accompanying email with photos/an explanation of the issue is appreciated in order for Sharne to appropriately prepare for your appointment.

VOUCHERS
If you have a valid voucher, you must present the voucher at your appointment in order to redeem it.
